State & history

Vilka förbereder ärenden i riksdagen, till exempel lagförslag, innan kammaren röstar?

Translation: Who prepares matters in the Riksdag, such as bills, before the chamber votes?

  • ✓ Riksdagens utskott The Riksdag's committees (utskott) Your answer
  • B Länsstyrelserna The county administrative boards
  • C Justitiekanslern The Chancellor of Justice
  • D Statsrådsberedningen The Government Offices' Prime Minister's Office

Correct!

Utskotten, till exempel justitieutskottet och socialförsäkringsutskottet, bereder propositioner och motioner. Därefter fattar riksdagens kammare beslut genom omröstning.

The committees, such as the Committee on Justice and the Committee on Social Insurance, prepare government bills and motions. The chamber then decides by vote.
