Il Testo unico sull'immigrazione (art. 9) prevede 5 anni di soggiorno regolare. Servono inoltre un reddito minimo, un alloggio idoneo e il superamento di un test di italiano (livello A2).
The Consolidated Immigration Act (Art. 9) requires 5 years of regular stay. A minimum income, suitable housing and passing an Italian test (level A2) are also required.
