Dal 2016 le dimissioni volontarie vanno comunicate in via telematica con un apposito modulo sul portale del Ministero del Lavoro (anche tramite patronati o sindacati). Questa regola serve a evitare le «dimissioni in bianco» firmate sotto pressione.
Since 2016 voluntary resignations must be sent electronically using a form on the Ministry of Labour portal (also through trade unions or support offices called patronati). This rule prevents "blank resignations" signed under pressure.
