L'articolo 24 garantisce a tutti il diritto di agire in giudizio per tutelare i propri diritti e dichiara inviolabile il diritto di difesa. Ogni persona ha quindi diritto a un avvocato, anche se non ha mezzi economici.
Article 24 guarantees everyone the right to go to court to protect their rights and declares the right to defence inviolable. Everyone is therefore entitled to a lawyer, even without financial means.
