La Corte costituzionale controlla che le leggi rispettino la Costituzione e può dichiararle incostituzionali. Ha 15 giudici, nominati in parte dal Presidente della Repubblica, in parte dal Parlamento e in parte dalle supreme magistrature.
The Constitutional Court checks that laws respect the Constitution and can declare them unconstitutional. It has 15 judges, appointed partly by the President of the Republic, partly by Parliament and partly by the supreme courts.
