Who must sign a Bill passed by both Houses of the Oireachtas so that it becomes law in Ireland?

Preklad: Kto musí podpísať zákon schválený oboma komorami Oireachtas, aby sa v Írsku stal zákonom?

  • A The Taoiseach Taoiseach

Nie celkom.

A Bill becomes law when the President signs and promulgates it. The President does this on the advice of the Government, but only the President's signature makes it an Act.

Návrh zákona sa stáva zákonom, keď ho prezident podpíše a vyhlási. Prezident koná na radu vlády, ale až jeho podpis z neho robí Act.
