Nie celkom.
The Act redistributed seats in the House of Commons from tiny, almost empty boroughs to large industrial towns and widened the vote a little. Still only a minority of men could vote, and women had to wait until 1918 for the first votes.
Zákon prerozdelil mandáty v Dolnej snemovni z malých, takmer prázdnych obvodov do veľkých priemyselných miest a trochu rozšíril volebné právo. Voliť stále mohla len menšina mužov a ženy museli na prvé voľby počkať do roku 1918.
