Das Grundgesetz kann nur mit einer Mehrheit von zwei Dritteln im Bundestag und im Bundesrat geändert werden. So ist es besonders gut geschützt.

The Basic Law can only be amended with a two-thirds majority in both the Bundestag and the Bundesrat. This gives it especially strong protection.
