Artikel 11 GG gibt allen Deutschen das Recht, sich frei im Bundesgebiet zu bewegen und dort zu wohnen. Ein Umzug in ein anderes Bundesland ist deshalb jederzeit erlaubt.
Article 11 of the Basic Law gives all Germans the right to move freely within Germany and to live anywhere there. Moving to another federal state is therefore always allowed.
