Gesetzesvorschläge kommen als Regierungsvorlage, als Antrag von Abgeordneten, vom Bundesrat oder aus einem Volksbegehren. Beschlossen werden sie aber immer vom Nationalrat.
Bills come as a government bill, as a motion by members of parliament, from the Federal Council or from a popular petition (Volksbegehren). The National Council always votes on them.
